Coffee, Roasted
In House

Two friends, one secondhand roaster and a small room on Alder Street. That is how this place started back in 2018.

What Happens Here

Three Things We Care About

Pastry case and mugs by the counter
01

The Room

Exposed brick, oak counters and a corner full of soft old armchairs. It took two years to get the room right, and we still move the chairs around.

02

The Roast

The roaster lives in the back where everyone can see it. Small batches on Tuesdays and Fridays, nothing on the shelf past fourteen days.

03

The Cup

Every drink gets dialed in twice a day, once at open and once after lunch. If a shot tastes off, say so and we will pull it again.

Our Roaster

A twelve kilo drum rescued from a closed shop in Dayton. It runs twice a week and you can watch it from the bar.

The Drip Bar

Chemex, V60 and a batch brewer that never sits empty before nine. Single origin, rotated every Monday.

Fresh Bakes

The oven goes on at five in the morning. Croissants, banana bread and a seeded sourdough that sells out most days.

Beans To Go

Take home anything we roast, ground however you like it. Punch the loyalty card twice and the third drip is on us.

The best seat
on Alder Street

The corner table catches the morning light and the stool at the bar talks back. Come take whichever one is free. First refill on drip is always ours to buy.

Nights Worth Staying For

Cupping Sundays

First Sunday of the month, 10 am

We brew the new roasts side by side and everyone votes on what makes the spring menu. It is free and the room smells incredible.

One Thursday a month, from 7 pm

We push the tables back and let the room take over. Acoustic only, the neighbors have our number.
